convenient location and helpful staff
metro station room fridge wooden shutters
the metro station is located right outside. the room included a little fridge, so i could store food and drinks. the windows had large wooden shutters, therefore the room was very quiet at night (i had no problems sleeping). the staff allowed me to leave my luggage when i arrived early, which i appreciated.
the bathroom could have used a deeper cleaning. it wasn't necessarily dirty, but it didn't look super clean.

the hotel provides complimentary wifi access to all guests in the rooms and public areas. there is also a 24-hour front desk, ready to assist guests with any queries or requests they might have (very convenient!). a luggage storage service is available.

some minor issues
room discrepancy cramped feeling
the staff helped direct me to the nearest police station after my passport got stolen near termini.
the room i got didn't match the photos online, it felt cramped. it seemed like they crammed an extra bed into what was probably a triple room. it was really disappointing to not get what i expected.

The location was convenient. It was near the subway. many restaurants were within a short walk. the staff was helpful.
the soap dispenser in the shower didn't work well.
